The excellent meal cooked in a wood-burning oven left a lasting impression.
The location is a bit far from the city center, making evening outings less convenient.

What was different was the view of intense green countryside from the window, and yet the hotel was very convenient.
The restaurant was poor - puke-in-the-night poor- and expensive. Even the breakfast could not be commended.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a good stay. The hotel property was ideal with quiet location really close to a monument, the center of Burgos and the ferry at Santander. The most important was the staff - very helpful and knowledgeable people. The service here was great. Took the advantage of the parking onsite: )

Sweet surprise in Burgos!
Staying here was awesome! The location is chill, away from the chaos, but still easy to get to cool spots. Staff were super nice and really helpful. They have a bar/lounge area where we could kick back after a long drive. Just wish the breakfast options had a lil more variety.

This place was a pleasant surprise with a super clean twin room and quick hot water when I needed a refresh after a long drive. There were cozy spots to unwind. A nice dining area to enjoy a good meal. Just a heads up, the restaurant doesn't open until later, which might not suit everyone. 😊

The staff provided excellent service, especially Maria Luz, who helped find a UK plug adapter. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the temperature control was effective. There was noticeable smoke from the kitchen that affected our sleep, and the location is a bit far from the city center were good.

The rooms offer comfortable beds and solid temperature control, ensuring a decent night's sleep. The hot water is fast-running, with a bath and shower available, which I appreciated after a long journey.
You might want to skip room 101-it's right above the reception and noise travels like the Millennium Falcon in hyperspace. The restaurant doesn't open until 9 PM, which isn't ideal for early-bird diners or those on the Camino. It's also too far from the city center for a quick evening meal. Getting to the actual hotel can be a chore, especially if you're burdened with luggage. The key retrieval location is confusing, and I had to leave my partner behind just to sort it out. Lastly, hearing the chef's wood-burning oven smoke all night wasn't my idea of a good time, especially when my room was right over the kitchen.
